All rooms are double. Prices are based on 2 people sharing and include breakfasts.
A discount of €5 per night will be given for single person occupancy.

A supplement of €5 is charged for one night only bookings.

Discounts are given for weekly bookings.

Receipt of a €35 payment (From UK £25 sterling cheque) is required to confirm each booking.
Final settlement is requested here in Euros. (UK deposit cheque will be returned to you then)

Cancellation within 2 weeks of planned arrival will mean loss of deposit unless we can re-let your room.

Rooms are available from 14:00 hrs on day of arrival and guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 10:30 hrs on departure day.

No smoking is permitted in the rooms.

For the benefit of other guests, no pets are allowed.

Collection from and return to Limoges or Bergerac airports (4 pers max) is possible by arrangement. Please contact us for more information.
